6weeks ftm freaking out

I am starting get really scared I don't feel like i'm pregnant no symptoms whatsoever I keep reading all of these stories about women who've miscarried, had sex with my bf the other day for the first time since I told him we were pregnant and I started spotting afterwards which made me even more nervous, I have hypothyroidism so i'm thinking the meds will harm the baby #nervouswreck my ob appt isn't until the aug 5th and I'm like damn having a baby for the first time to some dr's aren't that serious I guess huh? The mere thought of me being told there's no heartbeat along with reading all of these stories is really freaking me out not to mention me not having 1 sign that i'm pregnant besides urinating and bloating after I eat.

Thanks so much ladies yes the blood was light pink when wiping then later on that day it was a brownish color but still very light as if it was the last days of your period,  I'm new to the area and was only able to get an appt with a pcp 8/4 and an ob appt 8/5 so i'm feel like idk wth to do because I can't get any appt sooner and yes I am taking my synthroid 100mcg hoping that i'm ok:/

Breathe! I had no symptoms till I was about 8-9 weeks. I had heavy bleeding after intercourse once in the first trimester and now I have a perfectly healthy 22 week pregnancy. As as long as the bleeding was brief and light you are probably fine. I'm assuming you take synthroid for hypothyroidism which has been shown to have no bad effects on baby. In fact it would be more harmful if you stopped taking it. Try to relax and enjoy the lack of morning sickness!
