So, I've just turned 28 weeks entering my 3rd trimester and I think I gained a little too much weight! I've heard the Brazilian butt lift dvd is safe during pregnancy. Does this mean it's safe to start during last trimester, too? For those of you not sure what it is, it's mainly a lunging exercise. I just don't want to put too much stress on my body or hurt the baby. Any advice would be great. I live in Florida so going for walks outside isn't an option because it's been wayyy too hot.
