7 months and working out?

So, I've just turned 28 weeks entering my 3rd trimester and I think I gained a little too much weight! I've heard the Brazilian butt lift dvd is safe during pregnancy. Does this mean it's safe to start during last trimester, too? For those of you not sure what it is, it's mainly a lunging exercise. I just don't want to put too much stress on my body or hurt the baby. Any advice would be great. I live in Florida so going for walks outside isn't an option because it's been wayyy too hot.

Thanks guys! I was able to get through the whole dvd just going slow :) have a feeling I'll be sore tomorrow!

Agree ^^^ don't know if it would be good to start in your third trimester, I'd ask your doctor/midwife first.

I've done that video before and its a good video. Maybe not so great starting an exercise video like this at third trimester. Just if you do decode to do it pay attention to your body. Go at your own pace and if something doesn't feel right just stop and take a break. Safety first :)
