Pressure below bump?
anyone else feel a heavy slightly painful pressure below the baby bump area when you wake up? I like sleeping on my sides and it doesn't go away until a few minutes after i wake up and walk around. I'm 31 weeks.

Yes I do too. It's from your pelvic stretching to prepare you for birth coupled with just laying there all night. Mine also goes away after I get up and walk.
