I'm almost 10 weeks and I had back pain/diarrhea and terrible cramps on and off. Baby is healthy and in the correct place. I would get checked though. ...

Hell yes its normal completely it depends on how you carry and what size body you have for instance I'm a really small mommy I'm 7 months and you cannot even tell I'm pregnant their for my baby has little room to move so he attached my stomach from the inside I have to much pain in my belly and back pain is 100% normal your lower back just below the curve of your hips should be were most of the pain is. Don't worry about it its completely normal! Try and curl up in to a close ball when you sleep putting a pillow under your stomach it helps and sometimes if you work as much as I do sqwat down don't sit and stand up slow so you don't stretch your stomach and increase the pain! Good luck :)
