8 weeks in with the flu.

Is there anything that I can take to help with the flu? I feel like death. Headache, nausea, chest congestion, throats on fire. I am pumping in the vitamin c, but is there anything else I can do?

Even if you wasn't pregnant, the flu is a virus...there is no medicine for it, it must run it's course. You can do Tylenol for pain, but other than that lots of fluids and lots of rest. Feel better soon.

I have the flu as well I was told you couldn't take vitamin c pills if that's what you are taking I would consult with your doctor I've been using a cold mist humidifier for the congestion I also use Vicks and robitussin you can use tynenol for pain or fevers but there's not much you can take
