I'm 8 weeks pregnant is it normal to have constipation, and cramping

About cramps my doctor said its normal if you are not bleeding...everything its going to be ok i hope the best for you and your baby im 20 weeks and this is my 2nd baby girl ...good luck :)

You're fine its all normal we are absorbing  a lot of the water from the bowels and it causes us to become constipated. It wakes me up in the middle of the night >_< I go Monday as well.

I was constipated and cramping around the same time too and I've always eaten a heavy fiber diet. So prunes and other high fiber foods did nothing for me. My doctor prescribed Colace (stool softener) but it only made nauseous. I had to wait for it to go away around week 10.

Ohh thats why u have constipation eat prunes that helps and talk to doctor to see if you can get something over the counter

I go to the doctor Monday so hope everything is OK.

I have it so bad (5 weeks).... drink lots of water and eat foods with lots of fiber.

Because i was constipated a that time too but i was taken my prenatals plus iron pills ,but no cramps
