So today I had my doctors appointment and he bad checked to see if I am dialted or anything. And when he checked I'm still not dialted so how do I start up the process I'm so over this lol.

When he checked me today all he said well she is stubborn and he didn't say if I was effected or not. I'm due the 22nd

I'll be 39 weeks saturday and as of last thursday I was a centimeter dilated and 80% effaced hopefully I'll have some progress at my next appointment. *Fingers crossed*

I'm 39 weeks baby is basically fully developed. And my doc is leaving his practice on the 3 rd of October. So I'm hoping she's here by then.

Just wait an let nature run its course. Baby will come when ready. Yea its a long wait but better to have fully developed baby that's healthy.

I hate to say it but walk and do squats. And I mean a fast paced walk. If you can walk up hills that would really do it
