9weeks depression is taking a big turm

I feel alone like I don't have anybody to talk to hang out with or even call. I have no friends.. I called to join groups just to get out the house. since I had to stop a lot of things I use to do for the safety of my baby. My depression has gotten worse its not stress at all.. I try to talk to the father but I only get more sad when he don't respond. I work at night and put on the fakest smile just to get threw the shift. I'm trying not to turn back to my medication. But idk how to really control something I've had for years of growing up with out (a smoke).. Can u ladies give me some advise I'm in tears..

It's hard to receive a blessing when we're busy wanting to hurt ourselves.  Unfortunately we still have that choice. If ur mind is working against ur heart then ignore ur mind for r now because the heart gotta win sometime n that time is now.  U r not alone.  U can find a way to express ur emotions without really talking about urself and before u know it they'll think ur talking about them and u would have made a new friend.
