my fiance's left side is always hurting. We're at 29 week Mark and we are wondering if we should be worried about this?

I would talk to your doctor as soon as possible. It could be anything.
It depends on where and how bad if its her hip thats pretty normal hormones loosen the joints and baby puts pressure on nerves and everything if its her belly and its intense pain call l&d or doc
