So im 29 weeks today and the closer the time gets i freak out im litteraly scared and this isnt my first its my third baby but its been close to 7 years since i had my son i had really bad deliveryexperience with both that's why im sacred with this delivery any body else feel the same way??
What helps me become less afraid and more confident is watching as many vaginal births as possible online..I know that may sound weird, but it's eased my fears and worries quite a bit actually! I'll be having an epidural without pain medication(s) and no episiotomy (my OB said that she rarely if ever preforms them anymore.) I hope that helps a bit, maybe? And regardless, yes, we CAN do this <3
Ftm n freaked out by some birth stories. But we can do it ladies. Holding thumbs.
I'm pregnant with my first pregnancy & I'm 27 weeks . Everything concerns mee lol but yeah I freak out many times .
