Is 28 now too old? I juz had sex with my husband 8 weeks - 9 weeks ago, now im pregnant. We were planning to have children but m I too old?

I'm 28 yrs old pregnant with my first child as well.  I thought I was getting your old to have kids. Which I desperately wanted. And i couldn't be more happy.. ur fine there are plenty of ppl older then us having babies.  Good luck momma :-)

I was 27 when I had my first am now 32 with our second one on the way. And my 40 year old is trying for her first one. So no 28 is not to old

i'm guessing that most people on this forum are 25-34, so many would be even older than you. but i think this is a great age to have kids.
i'll be 29 when i have this baby, and i plan to have at least 1 if not two more over the following 5 - 8 years :-)

I'm 29 with my first due in Feb and I think its a great age! I feel more mature at this age to take care of a baby and may plan on having one more yet! Congrats and good luck ;)

I don't feel too old even though I feel it happened late and I don't have all the Energy I used to have now but I can't wait meet my little diva.

This.makes.me.laugh. too old is what I thought when my 53 yr old aunt and 64 yr old uncle said they got a surrogate. Unfortunately at 13,wks last wk they lost the baby and then the next day my aunt found.out she has Brest cancer so I feel things happen for a reason. I couldn't imagine my uncle having to take care.of her and a newborn at 64! So no your.not.too old. I personally don't want anymore after 30 but I'm 28 I have a almost 4 yr old and a 16 month old and this baby's due in Jan. So dont stress that  my gf had and I were.pregnant w our firsts together 4 years ago. I was 22 and she was 37 It was hard to see all the extra tests she had but hers was a great pregnancy.

I am 28 and expecting my first. I think it's the perfect age since I'm married, own a home, and have a good career and a stable life. I personally wouldn't want to be pregnant any younger than 25-26... One of my friends just had her first baby at 41

I'm 28, second baby and my body did no bouncing back on its own the first go round, I was 19. Way better being old enough, stable life and mature. Can't wait!!!!

I'm 30 and pregnant for the first time. I have a friend who was 33 and also pregnant for the first time. 27 was how old my Mom was when she had her first kid, and it was considered late maybe 30 years ago. But not anymore. Women can have babies just fine in their 30s. At 35, they start screening you for stuff, and you might be higher risk if it's your first. That's why the forum ages divide at 34/35.

No ,you're not to old. I'm 32 first baby (boy). He came as a totally surprise. It's so many women having problems conceiving , that would  love to be in your shoes.  God has put your baby in your womb because of his time.

30. Ftm on the way... A week after birth I'll be 31. And I'm kinda glad I waited until now. My maturity has increased. And confidence.  Especially since I'm on my own now...

Not too old to have kids. I have a thing where I won't have any after I am 30.... my mom always said if you have a baby after 30 your body won't bounce back.  She said in your 20's your body is more resilient and can take more damage but at 30 you should start taking better care of your self because your body can't take as much. Pregnancy is a lot on your body. I don't know how true it is but I believe her.

No your not to old & if you are then I am ancient because I am 34 about to be 35 & having my 2nd baby. I think you are at a good age to have a baby & the most important thing is that your happy & that you have a happy healthy baby.
