I've been feeling the same way! I'm 24 weeks and am constantly hungry.  Some days I'm not as bad but other days I'm so hungry it feels like I hadn't eaten a meal all day. I'll try to eat healthy snacks and drink a class of water but there's times I'm still hungry.  I eat fruit nuts granola bars protein bars and recently I started making protein smoothies it helps a lil when I don't want a whole meal

I try and eat alot of healthy snacks fruit, crackers, veggie sticks in between meals. Ice cream is my guilty pleasure, my baby girl loves it :-) wasn't big on ice cream pre-pregnancy.

Staying full also helped me ward off nausea & I never actually had any morning sickness

I was constantly ravenous for most of my first trimester. I combatted it by always having healthy snacks available. Fruit, nuts, yogurt, granola bars, trail mix, fresh veggies, peanut butter crackers-etc. I found that usually even a 100 calorie snack was enough to get rid of the "hungrys". I compensated for the extra snacks by eating smaller meal portions. I'll be 31 weeks on Monday & have only gained about 12lbs.
