I was constantly ravenous for most of my first trimester. I combatted it by always having healthy snacks available. Fruit, nuts, yogurt, granola bars, trail mix, fresh veggies, peanut butter crackers-etc. I found that usually even a 100 calorie snack was enough to get rid of the "hungrys". I compensated for the extra snacks by eating smaller meal portions. I'll be 31 weeks on Monday & have only gained about 12lbs.
Staying full also helped me ward off nausea & I never actually had any morning sickness
Im five months Tuesday and im always hungry too I just ate about a pound of cherries lol. Still want something else. Im thinking fruit salad. I try and eat alot of healthy snacks fruit, crackers, veggie sticks in between meals. Ice cream is my guilty pleasure, my baby girl loves it :-) wasn't big on ice cream pre-pregnancy.
Today I hve had a fruit salad a banana pear, 4 eggs pasta and I just had a massive amount of french toast n I feel like i am still hungry ughhh lol n I find myself wanting to try different foods.all the time. Im spanish and the other day I was visiting my mom and she served me a plate of rice beans and ribs and I started crying because I am tired of spanish food but I ate the whole thing because it was so delicious. Smh I dunno what to do with myself lol
I've been feeling the same way! I'm 24 weeks and am constantly hungry. Some days I'm not as bad but other days I'm so hungry it feels like I hadn't eaten a meal all day. I'll try to eat healthy snacks and drink a class of water but there's times I'm still hungry. I eat fruit nuts granola bars protein bars and recently I started making protein smoothies it helps a lil when I don't want a whole meal
