Abdominal cramps

I've had 3 miscarriages back to back and one belighted ovum pregnancy I'm now 4 weeks pregnant and I'm terrified my first appointment is February 1st. I've been having cramps since the day my period was supposed to come on and that was on Monday last week I haven't spotted this pregnancy like the rest but I'm in pain is it possible that my baby is ok or is it another miscarriage?

Thanks. With my son I had cramps but my calcium was low and that caused the pain. The cramps feel like my period is coming on but no blood or anything I'm not having morning sickness or anything. Just a positive test and sore breast

Many normal pregnancies have cramping in the first trimester. I know with subsequent pregnancies, ive had more cramps than i did with the first or second. Maybe your previous pregnancies have had a similar effect, in terms of symptoms. Best wishes!
