I am super nervous because when I went for my 18 week scan they called me to come back 2 weeks later because baby's belly wasn't visible, I then went back and had a second ultrasound at 20 weeks which showed my amniotic  fluid levels were fine and baby did have a little fluid in his belly but less than normal, so now I have to go back for another ultrasound and I am very nervous, it's keeping me up and literally making me sick to think something may be wrong with my boy, can you please provide me any information? His bladder is also full and no fetal abnormalities were found, he is growing fine 15oz just the little bit of fluid in his stomach? :(

What are they worried about I don't quite understand. That his tummy isn't filling up properly?
