I would suggest to advise against any biopsies or tests during pregnancy regarding the abnormal pap. During the routine pap they normal do std testing as well and if all comes back clean your doctor should be on board for whatever decision you make. Your job right now is to build a beautiful growing little baby and not stress over unpredictable testing.
No you're not alone. I had an abnormal pap and had to get a biopsy done to make sure it wasn't cancerous, which it wasnt, but will have to get another test done after the baby is born and go from there.

Thanks for the comment, feels good knowing I'm not the only one! Was diagnosed with it 4 years ago and it seems surreal that I still have it! Did your doctor say if it may be problematic for the pregnancy in any way?
I feel you. This abnormal pap result has been showing up for me since I was 16 and then when the doctor looks into it, test after test, biopsy after biopsy they see nothing. When they did my most recent pap when I was 6 weeks they told me it was abnormal so I opted out of doing any kind of tests or biopsies during my pregnancy. The doctor was on board with my decision.
