Accidental fall

I am 35 weeks along, upon walking up a flight of steps to a deck landing I tripped. My 17 month old was in my arms and flew out of them. I took nearly the full blow to my belly. My son on board was active shortly after the fall and seems to be doing okay. My 17 month old was scared but not injured. I feel like I got hit by a train. I did not bleed, lose fluid or have any contractions. What do you think my chances are of having complications brought on from this? Any others ever take a blow to the belly? So scary!

I've always heard if you take a blow to the stomach to go get checked out. It could be nothing but better safe than sorry right?
