Is it normal inr your first trimester weeks for your stomach to feel like you have an ongoing stomach ache ? Like i constantly feel like i ate too much and i have a bad stomach ache :-( not to mention my back is killing me

I have had that same feeling in my abdomen and my ob nurse said it was normal due to all the hormone changes and growing that is going on. Good luck to you and congrats on the upcoming baby!

It could be already stretching & growing. Might be ligament pains.
