Not pregnancy related...One of my good friends since we were kids just learned yesterday that her 4 month old baby has SMA type 1. I read up on it and it's not good. I just feel so bad for her, I know there is nothing I can say or do to help. And to find out how she did...she found her baby not breathing about a week ago and had to perform rescue breathing while her husband rushed them to the hospital (he is a police officer), he has been on an intubator since and they have been running all sorts of test. It just kills me to see that poor baby hooked to all those machines. I wish diseases didn't exist...Please just keep her and her husband and especially her baby boy in your prayers.
