I'm 27 weeks. Had the same problem when I was 8 weeks. I would always eat toast or dry cereal. Helped me a lot. Good luck :)
You should never leave your stomach empty (nauseating/vomiting) increases tremendously on a empty stomach. Eat
Little snacks/nuts/fruits etc, not heavy meals each time you eat . I learned that pretty early , my menstrual cycle puts me at 9 weeks today..... but my ultrasound showed baby measuring 4 days ahead.
I'm eight weeks today and I'm the same...if I'm hungry I feel like I'm gonna vomit and get really nauseous..
