Acne Remedies

Hello ladies,  I am 31 years old and 18 weeks into my first pregnancy. I have had very mild adult acne for the past 5 years or so but with this pregnancy it has gone from mild to I don't even want to show my face severe. Can anyone offer any remedies? I follow a daily skin regimen and have never had this issue like this before, all the moms at work say the same thing: it's just hormones.

Be careful because I just found out that saclic acid which was in most of my facial products for acne isn't safe when pregnant

I know its a infomercial but I had luck with proactive when mine was bad.

I had acne most of my life.  i have noticed that something that worked in the past 3 months just will randomly stop working and thats when I switch it up.   I actually noticed my face would actually break out more if i didn't use mositurizers. I guess my face was over producing oils to get mositure back into it.
