Google castor oil cleansing, it's amazing for your skin. You can feel the crap it pulls out as your massaging it in. I haven't had pregnancy acne or any acne for a long time but I started getting it when I was 12 and have been on every rx out there. I only use really pure things on my skin like baking soda scrub or olive oil moisturizer and I stopped (ahem ok cut back a ton) consuming dairy... and I love milk! That's the only thing that ever truly cured my acne. Even those stubborn chin things that all us gals seem to get that are eternal and never go away no matter how much you pop them... they're gone!
I am just starting to get relief from my pregnancy acne at 33 weeks. I'm sure it will only last a week (I had a break the same time you did). But the only thing that has actually worked for me is sticking with one cleaner and moisturizer and keeping up the routine of morning and evening washes. Any time I've tried to change products or change my routine I break out. I use an oil face wash made with tea tree oil that I buy from Trader Joe's. I feel like it really helps the redness too.
I'm in the same boat. I've got zits everywhere! I just know it'll eventually go away after baby is born
I'm on the same boat. Since I found out I was pregnant I broke u out all over my chin and it's all bad, one pimple hasn't heald when there's like 5 more on the other side. But what's been helping me it's the peter thomas roth sulfur mask. I got it at sephora, most of the time I use it as a spot treatment, I only put it where the pimple is and it dries it quickly. Hope that helps!!
I haven't found anything that works either, but I completely understand what you are going through. I didn't have it with of my first two pregnancies either. So frustrating :(
