When changing diapers don't get freaked out if they are 'standing at attention'. And remember to make sure you point them down.

My little guy is 15mths. He is so loud and so rough but he really makes me laugh and is so cuddly when he wants to be. He is absolutely into everything. Have fun and enjoy it because time definitely goes fast with a little boy around!

Boys ; love bugs, dirt, gross noises, snakes, and everything that just screams boy! My boy is very laid back and is a mommys big hard core however he is also a rough and tumble little thing and requires a lot of patience! Good luck dear boys just like girls are a blessing! God bless

Accept the fact that you will be peed on during diaper changes.

Honestly you teach them the same as you do girls- honesty, kind words respect for others. I had no experience with boys either until my son (who is now 13). I'm comparison with my 8 yo daughter, he's been easier in a lot of ways. She was much more destructive than he ever was. He's autistic so he we definitely had some challenges but he's so we'll mannered and helpful.  You just love them doll, the rest will fall into place:)

My son is going on 8 in Dec and ever since he was 2 - 3 yrs old he has loved being outside and guns and all that hunting stuff .. boys will be boys lol my cousin never let her son get dirty and they are just clean germ freaks .. I'm a clean person but I let my son ever since he was 2 go and play outside in the mud and I'd even jump in puddles with him so when your son is 1 or 2 or 3 and eats dirt don't freak out *unless that's were animals go potty*

I have 2 boys and about to have my third, patience is everything but as they get older they will push and push. You have to be strong yet soft and realize that boys will be boys, they are less cautious and can be more destructive, my 7 yr old only wanted to deystroy everything and fight everthong since he was about 2 1/2. But they are wonderful I want a girl but I love my boys sooo much.

Boys tend to be slower so dont get freaked out. My little man did everything physically very fast and ahead of normal development but his speech was delayed. Freaked us out at 1st but he is catching up now at 2 1/2. I also agree boys are more rough so be patient. Its great having a baby boy. They truly do love their mama its a very special bond :)
