Advice please!!!

I am 36 weeks and my baby has dropped. I am having horrible pain radiating through my pelvis/vagina. As well as back, hip, and leg pain. Can anyone recommend what has helped you? I've tried a lot, but I'm open to any and all suggestions. Thank you ladies!

Haha I figured it was somewhere like that. I live in Kentucky, so swimming in February isn't likely! But I have read it helps. Just hoping for something I can do at home that I haven't tried yet.

There must be an indoor pool somewhere near where you live

Some recommendations I have heard have included using belly belts to hold the belly up, rebozos to manually lift baby up for relief, or yoga and pelvic tilts to reduce pressure. Maybe some of those could help? Good luck.

Laying in a pool is not an option for me, it's February and in the twenties here..

I lay in my pool to take pressure of my body, grab a floating device and float...
