I would go to the hospital if I'd been having contractions that long regular or not ONLY saybthat Bc with my last baby I'd been contracting all night and they were SUPER irregular but growing in intensity.  The next morning around 9am I started calling my Dr office and the nurses kept telling me to wait until they were 5 min apart or my water broke. Well I waited another 4 hours and they still didn't get regular they were sporadic so my mom told me to just go to the hospital. When I got there I was 6cm dilated and water still hadn't broken. I started feeling the urge to push and broke my waterby opushing only then (after it broke) did my contractions come 3min apart. My Dr came in just in time to see my hubby cut the cord. Had my son 45min after arriving to the hospital. Even my dr said had she known i was the patient cslling in she wouldve told me to come to the hospital bc of my fast labor history. Only you know what your body is telling you.

The thing is that if they are 15 to 30 min apart they might just be false labour so they r just going to send u back. False labour contractions r also painful but if ur hospital is more then 2 hours away I would just go but expect to be sent back home. Or at least have that mentally so u don't feel disappointed if they do.

How far away is your hospital?... You really should have one close by . I would call the doctor if your hospital is far and see what he says

^ no , don't go to the hospital . If you aren't having them anywhere to 3-5 minutes apart for like an hour they will send you home . So it will be pointless .

Azkanisar if ur having irregular contractions u don't have to go to the hospital or they will just send u home. U need to go when they r regular and 3 to 5 min apart. Irregular contractions can just stop at anytime and start again even if ur not in labour.

It could literally be any time but at 4 if I'm having contractions they won't send me home from the hospital. It will help the pushing go faster if my cervix isn't so high
