should I go to the ER??

I'm 16wks and 2 days today. I am having a severe pain sort of like cramps on my lower right side of my tummy and have had bad diarrhea since 3am this morning. I am so worried and anxious to know if I should just go into the ER since my doctor's office is closed :( Any suggestions please?

You're right (rainbowbb), better safe then sorry..i think I'll just go in and check because I don't want to go through the same experience that I had with my twins! Thank you (mags242001) n (rainbowbb) for the suggestions. Really appreciate it!

I forgot to mention that I have had a miscarriage before this current pregnancy and I didn't bleed nor felt any contractions or anything and it was around 15wks into my pregnancy and they were twins. My husband and I lost them at almost 16wks :( i just did what my Doc told me and didn't mind the same symptoms that im having right now and later found out that i have lost my twins :(

Just cause no bleeding is present does not mean everything is fine. Call your Dr's office and explain to the oncall person what's going on and to get ahold of your Dr for their opinion. Of they call back with a poor explanation then just go to the er. Better to be safe than sorry

It's probably just the diarrhea and dehydration. Try to drink water and stay hydrated and call ur doc when they open. If there isn't any bleeding the baby is fine.
