I used to eat every 2 hours, now, I get hungry 30 mins after I eat, and I don't wanna gain too much weight, I'm not supposed to gain more then 15 lbs and I already gained 8, my Dr says is ok but for me is not
I've been feeling the same way these last few days. I'm always hungry. I'll eat healthy snacks like nuts cheese granola bars peaches nectarines and I'll still feel hungry someone told me on this site to try high protein and fiber snacks and someone else suggested a Lil sugar in my snacks. Today wasn't as bad as yesterday but I do eat every 2 to 3 hrs. I'm 22 wks 5 days
