Any suggestions please, in some pain!!

Okay so, I am 24 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby. It feels like he is sitting on my sciatic nerve which is killing me!!! Is there anything I can do to make it better? It's now got me limping because it hurts so bad. I didn't have this problem with my other two. Any suggestions on what I can do to make it any better would greatly be appreciated!
Thanks so much!

It's actually very harmful to stretch your sciatic nerve it can aggravate it even more.

Drink a tea called Red Raspberry leaf tea.  I'm on my 3rd too and it helps with additional pain.

Chiropractor. I swore by mine when I was pregnant with my first - wouldn't have been half as comfortable without them. I've had problems with siatica since I was 19 and even more so after a car accident at 22 and they were a HUGE help. They even would take out portions of the table and provide specialty cushions for my growing belly. I was also told that prenatal yoga would be useful. Going to try that myself this time around. Best of luck and I hope you find relief!

Pillow under your back to tilt , stretching.  I had this issue early on but she has moved further so now it's my hips and such that hurt. Goodluck carrying a baby is painful!

I'm pregnant with my third as well and I feel ya! My sciatic nerve pain has been getting worse the bigger I get. I noticed if I sit or stand in the same position for too long, it tends to be worse. But I really haven't found anything that eases the pain except maybe a warm bath or just swimming in general. I'm 31 weeks btw
