What is your blood pressure? 140/90 is considered high, severe is 160/100. If your blood pressure is severe they may try to give you meds to lower it, or induce you right then and there as it can be dangerous. If it's a little high cut back on things like salt intake, caffeine, and processed foods. Eat health and try to keep your weight gain healthy.
