Getting a little excersises like walking 20 min a day and eliminating sugar, salt, and caffeine cam help. Do take time for deep breathing (as deep as you can) and reflextion.

I have a history of preeclampsia so my new doctor who was a bit concerned told me to take baby  aspirin to control my  bp. Its been working thus far. Good luck!

What is your blood pressure? 140/90 is considered high, severe is 160/100. If your blood pressure is severe they may try to give you meds to lower it, or induce you right then and there as it can be dangerous. If it's a little high cut back on things like salt intake, caffeine,  and processed foods. Eat health and try to keep your weight gain healthy. You can try taking it easy, but if you aren't over doing it, it probably won't make much of a difference.

Laying down relaxing is the best thing. Minimal activities. If that doesn't help they would probably put you on meds depending on how high it is. Avoid caffeine
