An idea to start labor...

I am 6 days from my due date so I've been trying to walk (or anything) to get things started. Well I find it easier to walk around stores even when i don't need anything,  I get distracted and don't think about the walking. Today an older lady came up to me and asked how far along i was.  I told her and we started talking and she asked if she could give me some advice. Turns out she used to be a birth coach.  She said that to help women start labor and dilate they would have them sit on the very edge of a rocking chair with their legs spread as far apart as possible and rock back and forth. I haven't tried it so i don't know if it works. But i wanted to share since i haven't read about this technique (and i have been doing a ton of research or how to jump start labor).

I hope this helps or works for someone! Good luck mommies!
