Anxiety c sections
Anyone already had prior c sections that are still scared to have another one? This will be my 3rd and I have horrible panic attacks and I have a few weeks longer and I'm started to freak out again.

What kind of experience have y'all encountered
I had a bad experience with my son he's 11. I will have to deliver by c section again this time. So this time I hope I will not have to be put under general. I was preaclampic and platelets dropped low sow I couldn't have an epidural.
I just hate the part where I can't breath.I know it doesn't take long to do the surgery but it sure seems long. Last one I was so sick from the meds I started to get sick and.they had to turn me to vomit and then I couldn't breath, it's probably just knowing your cut open. But I know what to expect and know this time I'm going to try and talk myself out of my panic knowing this is my 3rd. Thank you all for your stories. Does anyone have a panic disorder or horrible anxiety that they take meds for? Did your doctor give you meds beforehand or only after?
I'm a ftm, and I'm booked with the best obstetrician money can buy for an elective c section due to some serious family history of complications. My mum has had 4 prolapse repairs as I was her first baby and 11lb/4.990 kgs. Also, we have a family history of gestational diabetes. So whilst I might be petrified of the surgery, I'm more scared of spending the rest of my life peeing myself or having my insides fall out. So whilst I'm with you guys on the scared of this, please remember that we're in for c sections for a reason. Best of us, best for bubs.
I'm nervous as well this will be my first one next week tuesday this my second child first was natural.. this baby is breech so now I'm scheduled and nervous...
Thank you all in still very scared because anything could happen. I'm glad I'm not the only one, with ny second it was 3 13 09 I freaked out because I felt like I couldn't breath as soon as baby was delivered and they had to give me something, so in hopeing as soon as baby safe they just knock me out.I'm a what if person so a million things rub threw my head I'm 33 weeks I will be 34 Friday and schedule amino at 35 n get to deliver if lungs are mature. So I'm just trying my best to stay calm but daily I catch myself thinking well if anything did happen how much my other kids need me and what their lives would be like it's really scary. I know I have to be strong we all do abd just keep faith and ask for meds lol thank you all

I have never had a c section and it freaks me out with the thought I could have one. Ugh I dont know how you ladies do you. I commend you all
This will be my 4th csection I am 25yrs old and I had one 07,09,11,and now 15. My first csection was HORRIBLE but after the other ones was a piece of cake. I am nervous again for this last one because I was not suppose to have another. And with this pregnancy I have a new doctor amD I am schedule for my csection to be next Friday. But just keep the faith ladies it will all be ok.
Me!! I hit 36 weeks went into full panic mode. I tried making arrangements for my kids if anything were to happen to me. I think about ot 24/7. Everyone tells me to relax easier said than done. My forst csection went ok so I don't know why I am in full panic mode. Hopefully we all have healthy safe deliveries
I'm super nervous and excited at the same time.
This will also be my 3rd c-section, but it's almost 10years since my last one.
I dont think its fully kicked in for me... maybe the night b4 it will. I will have mine in 2 weeks.
Iv had 2 c-section my second was a horrible experience...I'm also extremely scared and nervous...I knw my baby is worth it all but I just can't help but being scared...
I'm nervous too... I have my second in 5 days..... IVE CRYED worried because my first was a bad experience.... Let's stay positive mommies its all worth it... Deep breath and away we go....xoxo best of wishes mommies
I had one but that was almost 12 years ago. So yes I'm scared too. Lol
