Anxious.

I am not normally an anxious person but as of this week I am finding myself fixating on things to be anxious about. Nothing bad is going on in my life currently so I find it to be little mundane things that are getting my anxiety going. Things that, pre-pregnancy, I wouldn't have normally felt any way toward. Anyone have any advice or tips on what they did to help ease the nerves? Thanks in advance.

I felt like this for a couple of. Weeks and I talked to my hubby about it, we went away for a weekend and oh did it help.. I felt like I was relieved of some weight I was carrying.. might sound tmi but having passionate sexx with him really helped >.<

Just breath and try to do something that relaxes you and that you enjoy. If you need to talk you are more than welcome to msg me.
