You can drink up to 16oz per day of caffeinated beverages. Or switch to decaf.

I find that I don't like coffee now that I'm pregnant. It's unfortunate, because I was a major coffee lover before. Hoping it comes back when I deliver.

Starbucks has an excellent decaf. Try their espresso roast coffee. You don't miss normal.

I love coffee.  So when I found out I was pregnant,  I switched to decaf coffee and to me there's no difference on the taste. But I don't drink it as much as I used to.

Cup of decaf every morning and my husband makes me a regular cup about once a week.

I've switched to decaf.
I consume around 2 teaspoons per coffee, three times a week.
sometimes I also just make a coffee in the AM to give my hubby company and get the mental satisfaction,  but eventually I just drink a few sips and end up pouring the majority down the drain when it's gone cold.

I drank tea mostly and sometimes coffee, but have not since I got pregnant because there hasn't enough evident showing it's safe to drink during pregnancy. I do, however, have a small cup of coffee maybe one every other day. I also try to limit myself but man when we were in Chinese restaurant that warm couple sips (just a few sips off my husband's cup) of jasmine tea was so good.

Im addicted, i have to have an energy drink to get out of bed to in the am. My doctor told me, as long as you keep your caffeine intake below 320 mg a day, your baby is perrrrrfectly safe :) a large DunkinDonuts coffee has 244 mg of caffeine, and a grande from Starbucks has 330 mg for a couple examples. Most soda is about 75-90mg

I was also told two cups a day.  I do a medium iced coffee every morning and nothing else throughout the day.

I drank 2 a day, doctor told me that was under the 200 mg limit, but barely. I cut down to one k cup a day. Or sometimes I substitute for soda.

I used to drink a pot a day, but my doctor told me to cut it down to 2 cups a day. She also recommended decaf, but I don't do decaf. Drinking caffeine can raise blood pressure and I already have hbp, so I'm down to 2 cups but sometimes I don't finish the second cup. Talk to your doctor if you're worried about your caffeine intake.

I limit myself to no more than 1 cup a day, but lately I haven't even been drinking that. I am a heavy tea drinker snd I have cut that down to two a day and lots of water

I have one small cup every other few days, I try to limit my self to either a cup of coffee or one soda a day otherwise I get caffeine withdrawal, and I get serious headaches.

I don't drink coffee but I'm a soda addict. I'm not sure your suppose to drink caffenine but believe me I would feel even woese than I do if I didn't have the caffenine. I say once or twice a day won't hurt...
