Any has a new puppy??? with a baby on the way??

My husband recently gotten me a puppy!!! She's a yellow lab, six months. She had training because I'm deaf and have a cochlear implant. Her name is krystal! Such a loveable puppy! I never thought I would ever get another service dog. My old one passed away:( had her for 10 yrs. I think Krystal would be a wonderful baby monitor for me lol.

So how's everyone pets handling with a new human on the way???

My dog has been all about me lately. He also follows me into the bathroom. I feel bad because I've been moody and don't want him to be around. Slowly getting better, and he loves me just the same. :-)

I have  5 yr old Chinese shar pei (wrinkle dog)
She has been so loving and great since I have gotten pregnant. I have no worried that she will not take to baby. However slobbering all over baby will be an issue. She has been such a kisser lately. And when baby kicks she sits and links my belly

I have a 15 week old pit and he is good with the baby. When she cries he will lick her trying to make it better or will alert me by whining if I'm in the outside the room. He likes to cuddle her but he gets a little excited sometimes and walks on her arm or leg which he has to be reminded to be easy.

I have a beautiful border collie who has been switched from home to home for the 2 1/2 years of her life, she is still like a playful pup, but she kniws not to jump in me, and I think she can tell when im not feeling great as she seems to snuggle up and give me these sad eyes. She gets along perfectly with my cat and we all lay on my pregnancy pillow in the floor to watch movies. I think it's the cutest thing ever. Can't wait to see how she acts with the new addition. :)

Once I stopped working during this pregnancy I adopted a turtle and a parrot, hah. I love animals, already own a black pug and backyard chickens, and would have also tried getting milking goats, but I only have a month or so to go, and figure it's a good idea to have time adjusting to a new animal for awhile before a new baby comes :)

My sister has a  puppy and a 10 month old, but they get along pretty good, they are already playing together, sharing/fighting over toys. The only difficult part is the eating, she doesnt really trust the dog while it eats, so only feeds it while the baby is asleep or not home. It's a small puppy with lots of peraonality, used to be the house chief before the baby came )

My Black pug is 1.5 yrs old.  Still acts very much like a puppy lol.  He is pretty wild and hyper.  I was hoping he would calm down a bit before baby gets here but I don't think that's gonna happen since baby is gonna be here in two months. Hope You have fun with your puppy!  They are awesome! :)

We just took in two kittens... no problem with kittens and baby, but I do have trouble with kittens claws and my new leather furniture... it's great that you got a puppy with new baby on the way, they can grow up together and puppy will be very protective over baby as they get older...
