Any one nursing and pregnant?

My son is 10 months old and I am still nursing about 7 to 10 times a day/night. I just found out I am Pregnant, which I am happy about, but have some many questions. For example, my breast don't hurt or getting bigger, is this because I am still nursing? Also, during a night time feed, I started having cramps, is this normal or could this be caused by me nursing? Thank you for all help.

Since you are high risk I would talk to your doctor asap just to make sure they give you the green light. Best of luck!

I asked my OB and she said as long as you don't have a history of miscarriage or a high risk pregnancy you can nurse as long as you want. Just be aware that in the last month the nipple simulation can start labour sometimes. I nursed my daughter my whole first trimester but my milk dried up (supply totally gone, only producing a tbsp of colostrum from each breast) in the second so we weaned. My nipples got very sensitive (and still are) but my breasts didn't hurt. I got the cramping too but my doctor said that was OK. As long as you don't bleed it should be fine.

It's caused by ur nursing. Nursing causes cramping. That's why women who nurse go back down n weight so much faster. Should ask ur doctor about nursing while pregnant. Good luck with ur pregnancy :)

I don't have experience but I've heard of lots of people who do that. Definitely don't hesitate to ask your doctor.
