Any other PROM Queens?

With my first pregnancy, labour started at 34+5 due to premature rupture of membranes. To this day I nor the Dr's know why. I've read loads of things said to help strengthen the amniotic sac as a way to reduce the risk of PROM/PPROM such as vitamin C, E and zinc supplements.
Had anyone had a similar experience? Any thoughts? Thanks ladies :)
