Anyone doing prenatal yoga and can recommend a good video? Today YouTube didn't want to load and it was irritating me, so I wanted to see I'd anyonw knows of any good videos. Before I got pregnant I was weight lifting 3 times a week and running 3 times times a week due to a previous miscarriage I want to scale back my work outs till I know everything is ok.
I never thought about checking hulu. Thank.
Try Hulu. I really enjoyed their prenatal yoga!
