You girls are so awesome! Thanks so much for the advice. I'm going to try all of the above. Good luck with your deliveries!
I did with my first! He too was in the breech position. While I wouldn't say it was painful, it was dreadfully uncomfortable! I won't lie to you. He did not turn initially but did eventually turn in time, only for me to have to have a csection anyways for failure to progress. i would try it if your against csection, it may work for you.
I'm not going to be very much help but I was in the same exact situation as you. Baby breech at 37 weeks, told options were ECV or c section and had ultrasound scheduled for 38 weeks. Longest week of my life. I watched you tube videos of ECV and did some research but didn't find a whole lot. Thankfully she flipped back to head down by 38 weeks and dropped.
I did have an appointment scheduled with a chiropractor who does an adjustment that helps relax the pelvis muscles to allow baby to turn. Didn't need to go to it but maybe that's an option for you
Spinningbabies.com gives you some exercises you can do. I had success with it. My lil man was in my hip did them he flipped and is now in head down position.
