Anyone still drink coffee?

I'm 14 weeks and haven't had coffee since I found out I'm pregnant but really really want a cup of coffee? Any moms out there still drink coffee?

I didn't have any caffeine at all in the first trimester.  Ihad my first tall caramel macchiato at 19 weeks and then I've had like 2 Dr. peppers and 1 Pepsi.  It's the only caffeine I've really wanted to put in my body... I used to have like 6 shots of espresso a day pre-pregnancy. I did read that decaf is extremely terrible for you during pregnancy.  Apparently there are two processes to decaffeinate the beans... One is good, and the other involves a series of chemicals.  So, apparently you are better off drinking regular vs decaf.  I found that odd because I used to work at sbux and I was always under the impression that they just roasted the shut out of the beans to get them to have less caffeine.  Anyway... My point.  I've had coffee once in pregnancy.  And those three cans of coke (which I usually never drink).  I'm 21+6.

You can have one to two cups a day as long as it stays under 200 mg
