preclampsia
anyone develope it during pregnancy i know some of the symptoms are feet and hand swelling but did anyone's face swell as well my hands and feet swell but not enough to make me worry but my face swelling makes me wonder
Swelling is normal in a pregnancy in hands and feetto a degree but if you have excessive to the point where even aafter having your feet elevated after a few hours and swelling has not decreased a little...it a sign of pre-eclampsia. Any swelling in the face is an automatic sign of pre-eclampsia!
Other signs:
Light headed Ness (dizziness)
Change in vision
blood pressure raised
pain in the lower back (when accompanied by other symptoms listed)
Pain under your right rib (again when accompanied by other symptoms listed)
High protein in your urine (they would have to test for this)
If you believe you have any of these symptoms contact your doctor asap! Pre-eclampsia is an unstable it can go from mild to extreme (full blown eclampsia) over night!
I had this with my first went in for my one week appointment and was told I had developed it over night. ...i am now 23 weeks and they believe I have it again!

Face swelling is definitely a symptom. I would see your doctor.
