At three hour glucose screening

Sitting here at the second glucose screening since I failed yesterday's.  They checked my blood and the levels came back good so I got the pleasure of drinking the drink again. Today it is making me sick to my stomach.  Ugh. I hate this!  Plus I had to get up really early today to drive my husband to pick up his work truck and I'm exhausted! Just want some real food followed by a nap!

It is definitely no fun. Lol the first time was bad enough. Now a second! But I only have 40 minutes left thank goodness :)

Haha Julie! No waffles this time, lol.Gpie- the one hour test isn't bad.  It's this three hour one that s*cks. I'm in the final hour finally.  The drink they gave made me sick to my stomach. Apparently it's twice as strong. It's just nasty. Kbuffington-  that is terrible. I would hate to retake this. We're in the home stretch though!

I'm currently on my second hour of the test. I agree with you, I just want to eat and nap. Lol. This is my 2nd 3 hour test this pregnancy. My old doctor tested me at 20 or 21 weeks. When I switched they are making me retake it at almost 31 weeks.

Haha aww. I can barely remember it from my first. Enjoy the alone time. If you have other little ones I am sure you don't get much of it :)

Yes definitely all for a good cause! It is entertaining how jumpy the baby gets after the sugar drink, lol

That's the worst. But at least in the end you know it's all for a good cause ;)
