BFP after miscarriage!

So I finally got my bfp! I had a spontaneous abortion in September. Docs assume I was about 3-4 weeks,so very early. I actually found out I was pregnant, and then miscarried all in one day. It is quite an emotional ride. Well since that happen, i never got doc about two weeks ago, and here suspected it would come by, last week. I too also assumed this because I got a positive on an opk on Nov 1st. Af never came, though my breast got pretty sore, and I had brown spotting for one day, leaving me to assume she'd be knocking at my door soon. But no she didn't.so just for kicks I did hpt this morning (11/17)and got a bfp! I even went to confirm it w blood test at the doctors. I'm curious as to how far along I am.  I've read that for the hcg levels to be high enough to show on a hpt, you would need to be about 4 weeks. Is this true?  I guess it would be hard to calculate it byy last MC, since the last one I had was in September! I also did a blood test when I went to the docs two weeks ago and it was negative. I have another appt tmrw to Schld w an OB, but I just wanted to hear some of your thoughts! :)
Thanks? ❤
