My youngest daughter had really bad reflux and I had to stop eating any red sauces and I had to drink soy or almond milk. Thank god she grew out of it. Projectile vomiting is not fun. Im hoping I dont have that same problem this round.

Oh and if u wanna drink occasionally the whole pump n dump is a myth u just waste milk and make more that will still have alcohol in it there is a time limit where it works out of ur system I believe alcohol level peaks 30-90 minutes after and dissipates depending on how much u drink and how long (there are kit test strips)

Just watch ur caffeine because it can go thru breastmilk and affects baby more than u and im sure u want ur sleep. Ive heard that eating high allergen stuff like shellfish and peanuts can help make sure baby doesnt develop an allergy to them once they are ready to eat it on their own but dont take my word on that

Puedes comer lo que quieres pero si tu bebe se porta como llorando mucho con una comida no comes mas de este cosa. Es todo.  Cafeína si es malo por bebe. Buena suerte!

You will tell when you eat something that makes your baby sick. I had to give up dairy products and switch to soy because it made my baby so sick. They say not to eat beans or broccoli because it makes babies gassy but I had no problem with them, it actually helped my son pass gas.

My baby hated when I ate chocolate.  He got very very moody and couldn't sleep. Same with coffee.
