Unsure

I am 14 weeks pregnant and all I want is a hot bath... Is it ok or not?

I was always told baths were ok not to hot but never a spa while pregnant. ?

You just don't want to get your core temp too hot. You. An sweat to cool down, but your baby can. If your skin turns pink then its too hot. I asked the same question cuz I want to use the hot tub. I have to have it at98-99 degrees and only stay in for about 20 min.

Abath is perfectly safe. As long as its not scolding Hot. And if it is a hot bath dont stay in way to long. Im 36+4 today and Ive taken them my whole pregnancy.
