First trimester&dying!

It's my fishy baby and I can't believe how incapable I am of doing anything! I have a full time job and I cry daily because of how exhausted I feel and sick. I am getting depressed because I'm either at work or in bed. Is this normal to not want to leave my bed ever?!?!

The answer is yes. Normally the first and third trimesters are the worst. Remember during the first trimester your body is working hard to make all the intricate parts of a baby. The rest of the time it's mostly your baby maturing and developing what's already there. So the first part is the hardest x

I'm 10 weeks 4 days and feel you! Suddenly this week I've added throwing up to my changes. I've cried bc I can't keep up at work, I'm so tired and moving slow! A few more weeks and hopefully we get a little reprieve

I spent my whole first trimester in and out of the hospital and stuck in bed. I couldn't eat/drink and had to just have an IV. I lost my job.

Second trimester will be much better for you. If you are having trouble managing your symptoms (like constant vomiting, fatigue, etc.) be sure to talk to your doctor about it. They can help.

I'm 8 weeks, I felt that way up until this week. I went home and went straight to bed and just felt like i couldn't move.   This week, I started walking for short distances on my lunch and found it very refreshing.  It helps my energy at work amd my mood.  I sometimes still feel tired at the end of the day, but overall feel a lot better by just doing a little something for activity. I know it's hard to imagine doing anything when you're that tired though, but may be worth a shot if you can!
