Baby keeping me awake

Fir the past three nights I haven't had a full sleep, I feel my baby moving all night long which is keeping me awake. Any ideas on how to sleep?? I'm soooo sleepy but it's impossible to actually fall asleep:/

Do some light yoga before bed. Light poses like child's pose can help adjust the baby into a better spot. It'll also tire you both out enough that you're not physically wiped out but ready to rest.

If you're open to it, benadryl. That's the first sleep aid they'll suggest.

I wish my lack of sleep was the baby moving. I cant get comfortable and my legs get nerve pain and hips go numb and pelvic area hurts to move. 37wks and so ready to have my baby! For the baby movement try laying or ur left side with a big pillow u can lift ur right leg onto. Maybe the extra space between ur pelvic will shift the baby. Also try eating something small b4 bed.
