Baby names!

Hi ladies!
Picking names is one of my favorite parts of pregnancy & I would love your input on our name choices so far.
For a girl, we're leaning toward Tegan Lux, and for a boy Ronan Locke.
I'm not really into Locke, but my husband is and think he deserves a say. I was really liking Ronan Elias though & would love to hear your opinions. Thanks!

Haha I like the lost theme. My baby has to have an athlete's name this time. Rather, a name that sounds like an athlete. I have named 4 kids though so I am not in a position to argue lol.

we are really thinking Polaris as the middle name - first name is a J, similar to Judah

My husband's brother was born on March 17th, so his middle name is Patrick (his family is catholic - but not really)
When our due date got moved to the 24th - my mom's first question was "are you naming it Jesus?" (my family is jewish)
i bet my MIL will suggest Noelle or Holly

you could do some Chinese New Year names - or end up delivering on Ground Hog's day - have you considered Phil?

I love Judah and Polaris! Very cool. Sasha is a great pick too!

i'll tell you some of the girl's names we are thinking about - we are trying to honor some grandmothers: Klara, Lillian - my husband likes Sasha
so i was thinking Sasha Lillian could work

for a boy, since we are due in the December holidays - we joking about holiday related names - all the Macabees for Hanukah, Judah, Eliazer, Mattatius, Antigous, Aristobulus

celestrial- Polaris -which we might actually use as a middle name

I'm only 4 weeks so we have a way to go. I'm due January 30th.
And yeah, Locke was the man! :-)

when are you due?

I have a boys name picked out, no clue yet for a girl, but i'm not due till late december. I'll likely change my mind by then, and again once the baby is born

Locke was pretty bad *** first few seasons of Lost ;)

Thank you! We've loved it for years. If our son had been a girl, we'd have a little Tegan now! We got a Sylas instead :-)

That's one of the only reasons I'll concede to it (aside from me valuing his opinion)! And Lost, of course lol. It's still early, so who knows what we'll end up with.

i'd say Elias over Locke, but you do need to include your husband. Locke is good, and a great political philosopher
