Just an update. I went to the e.r. & yes it was back contractions. I thought they was gonna keep me being that I'm 4 cm dilated but my contractions stopped & they sent me home.

Yes I remember the pain being very debilitating.  I was 38 weeks when I had my son

I had back labor with my son and the pain was so bad for days and one night I woke up from hurting so bad and stayed up for a few mins and had a gush of something so I went to the bathroom and it was clear on my panty liner and went to the hospital that evening and had him the next day. I believe I am having back labor with this pregnancy too. Its normal to experience back pain in the third trimester but the pain im having is excruciating..

Let's just say the contractions I did have didn't feel anything like Braxton hicks.

I had back labor with my first and I had regular contractions but they were sporadic but my back hurt so bad nothing helped it I'd lay down on my side and it would stop but then begin hurting again.  I was confused because the doctor office said if contractions are so many minutes apart go to hospital but I wasn't having contractions like that this lasted all day it seems then at 5pm my water broke and the baby was born 13 hrs later the rest is history lol

If you have had any contractions before they feel the same just more painful and radiate from your spine.  Not fun because there's really no getting comfortable.
