Back Pain

What have you mamas been doing for back pain?

I have scoliosis, top and bottom curve and my tailbone sticks out rather than in so it hurts to sit for long period of times already. I have been taking baths, walking, staying active and tried yoga but I really miss the easy fixes.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I feel ya girl! I have scoliosis also, at the top and bottom of my spine and they are opposite curves. Lucky for me the extra 14lbs I've gained has almost stretched my spine in a good way. I'm hoping it doesn't get worse +I'm only 22 weeks+ . Pregnancy massage I've heard is great and I second the swimming or a warm bath. !! :) :)

My husband rubs my back but it only feels good while he's doing it, I wish he was a massage therapist sometimes! I think ill start using the heating pad, thank you :) I wish I had a pool nearby, I miss swimming, I did a lot in the beginning of my pregnancy but when I was in California, im in Illinois now. I definitely try to be careful with the yoga.
