I had back pain around then too, turns out I had a UTI. Nothing I did help mine, I'm guessing that's cuz I had the UTI. Now, the back pain comes when I don't sleep right and a little rubbing helps.
Yoga, stretching.. I like laying on the floor with my legs on the wall. It's also good for feet swelling or tired legs
I know your pain. I used heat therapy and made sure I put a pillow behind my back every time I sat. Also I slept on my side with a pillow between my legs. There are some back stretches you can go help with it also.
I know what you mean, my back kills me especially after a long day of work. It's mostly in my lower back so I put a heating pad on it or I do some leg stretches to relieve the nerve pressure
